We do stand behind the products we sell and if there is a manufacturing flaw , we would like to know immediately.
If there is an issue with your product, please contact us immediately. If an item arrives defective or damaged please inform us within 1 week ( 7 days) from the time you have received them. Please provide us with a photo of the item and packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Lifes Rosie.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
